 PM YOGA RELAX & RESTORE CLASSES BEGIN!

Join us for PM Yoga Relax & Restore after a long day with poses that will calm your mind and soothe your body. You will be guided through a series of fun and easy yoga postures that are simple enough for anyone to try. At a pace that’s right for you, you’ll build new strength and flexibility ~ in muscles you never knew you had!

CLASSES: Every Thursday night for 4 weeks starting February 23th. – March 15th.

TIME:  7PM – 8PM

WHERE: The Federated Church of West Winfield, NY

PARKING: Back entrance of the church

COST: $40.00 (Cash/Check)

DROP-IN CLASSES: $12 per class
